Fantastic experience buying a car from Hazelmere. The dealer was very accommodating and professional. We exchanged a few phone calls and I was instantly put at ease. No nonsense or hard selling, just gave the facts. Quick and easy process once there too.The car was exactly as expected and negotiations easy with no pressure. Fair price given for my px too. I’ve waited a month to send my review in case anything went wrong with the Mercedes I bought. I can now review with 5 stars as my experience with Hazelmere was excellent. The car was excellent value and exactly as he described in the advert and when I called him. He couldn’t have done more to accommodate me with regards to getting the car. Still very happy with my Mercedes especially after my mechanic gave it the thumbs up. I have no hesitation in recommending Hazelmere cars.

A little overwhelmed by the service, to the extent that I was initially a little dubious. The previous evening I’d seen the car advertised and through the site noted my interest. The following morning I got a call asking if i’d like the car bringing to me to look at on my lunch hour! Wow! Is that a thing? I thought buying second hand cars was all about trudging through dealers rainy, windy and cold Car lots on a Saturday morning. The images on the site of the car were ok, nothing special, but when I first saw it outside the office it looked perfect and better than I thought it would. After a test drive I paid a deposit back at Hazelmere and completed the purchase a day later. The car was again brought to my place of work and left for me! The whole process was made incredibly straight forward and incredibly easy. It’s quite obvious these guys have a ton of experience in the motor trade and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy my next car from them. Super chuffed with the 308.
